Corey Feldman Talks More About Corey Haim!

We hate to say this, but we knew he would be talking to the press QUITE a bit about this tragedy.

Corey Feldman appeared on Larry King Live last night to talk about his friend Corey Haim's apparent prescription drug overdose, and he is LASHING out at all the people he thinks are waxing poetic about the '80s icon.

Feldman says:

"At the end of the day, Larry, where were all these people the last 10 years, the last 15 years of Corey's life? Where were all these people to lend a hand out, to reach out to him and say, you know, you're a legend, you're – you're an amazingly talented, wonderful person who's really never gone out of his way to hurt anybody other than himself? You see these people making great statements and that's wonderful and I hope they're all there for the memorial and I hope they're all there for the funeral. But where were they during his life?"

He claims Haim had virtually no money, no car, and was living at a month-to-month rental apartment with his cancer-stricken mother.

"He shaped up. He got his act together. When his mom got ill, it was the first time I ever saw Corey grow up."

He also thinly veils some suspicions about a specialist treating Haim and the unspecified new line of medications Haim was taking before he passed.

"Let's just say that they may not have corresponded properly with the medications that he was currently taking."

Shady shady!!

We understand people want to hear what Feldman has to say, and we're sure he truly is grief-stricken, but we think he needs to cool the media appearances for a while and focus on paying tribute to his friend.

PRIVATELY.

who cares what you think tubby

    2. 2

This advice means nothing coming from you. You're the biggest media whore out there.

    3. 3

Ya, I was just going to say that. When anyone dies close to him he runs to the camera.

    4. 4

It's always somebody else's fault. Flu like symptoms, I wonder if that is just the body shutting down? Happened to Ms. Murphy and now Mr. Haim. If you abuse prescription drugs and then get "flu like" symptoms, get your affairs in order, you gonna die!

    5. 5

He's right. All these people come out, all of a sudden, but where were they when Corey needed their help? Only Feldman has been there for him,

    6. 6

COREY FELDMAN IS RIGHT. THESE CELEBRITIES COMMENTING ON HIS LIFE IS RIDICULOUS. LIKE DUMB ASS ASHTON KUTCHER! BUT NO ONE WOULD GIVE THE GUY A JOB! OR TRY AND HELP HIM OUT. SOOO FAKE

    7. 7

They were best friends (he and Corey) so of course people will want his reaction. As for Michael, he was also carted around by Michael Jackson like a prize and defended him when people said he was molested by Michael.

How again is HE being a media whore?

He is probably the only person qualified to talk about him because he helped to get him back on his feet. All these others including Perez (sorry) are just mad because he told the truth. Where were they when he was alive?

It's like Brad Renfro…if it was "so sad" then why didn't people reach out to him while they could?

    8. 8

What, like YOU have? Oh, and for the record, he's absolutely right. He's the only one who's standing up and defending his friend, and I applaud his loyalty.

    9. 9

      does anyone really care?

I imagine a lot of people did reach out to Corey H. but hit a brick wall. Even Corey F. tried to stage an intervention… unsuccessfully. Haim admitted to being in rehab dozens of times. There's only so much another person can do to help if the addict doesn't want to be helped. That's the sad reality of addiction.

Corey F. is grieving and lashing out. It breaks my heart.

    11. 11

agreed- it all seems a bit fake when you start going on Larry King live to grieve.

hes right about this and we know it..blew me away to see that Ashton tweeted about it..crazy

    13. 13

I don't mind him talking to the press- they were like brother and as long as what he is saying makes sense. He's not using this to revive his career. He's right, you see all these celebs tweeting, but did they help him when he was broke and needed help with his drug problems?

    14. 14

i wonder if one of MJ's kids are his and the other is McCally's maybe he can get some face time on The Stevo Show for a paternity test? just a thought

    15. 15

How is it that you can be so supportive of gay rights and yet so cruel to someone's comments about a loss of a life? I think you need to use temperance with understanding, big boy.
Corey Haim was a talented boy, but got lost in the negatives. Why blame Feldman? Feldman was "dead on" with his comments.
      No sympathy? Shame!

    16. 16

Re: Rintendo – Very well put, indeed. He IS the only one qualified to comment, and it is very respectful of you to acknowledge him this way.

    17. 17

Oh come on,Feldman is so jumping on the band wagon with this mess its pathetic. His wife bailed on him for a reason. Another child hood short fuck with no back up plan beside the biz.

      18

why dontyou mind your own business perez..you're a nobody who comments on celebrity lives..grow the fuck up you douchebag

    19. 19

Perez..stop being an idiot. You're in the industry and you should know better. He's talking now because the media is chasing after him to do so. I'm sure the media won't give two damn fucks three months from now…so is Corey Feldman suppose to wait till then? Gosh you really strike a nerve sometimes.

    20. slip says – reply to this

      20

but of course if CACA died and people were talking about her you would have no issue with it at all.

    21. 21

You wouldn't understand the concept of being a best friend for over 20 years because that's not something you've ever experienced. This IS his way of dealing with his grief you moron - Speaking of both the good and the bad, the ugly and the beautiful. All that defines friendship. You are so loaded with hate, you'll never understand that. GET SOME HELP.

    22. 22

Ummm, who cares what u think?

    23. 23

So, Feldman thinks people should have been there for Haim. WTF… Where was he… that was your best friend since childhood and you couldn't get him to straighten out his life…. So what do you expect anyone else to do??????

Yeah… some people tend not to want to hang out with broke drug addicts. Basically, they had too much fame at too young an age and could never get that same fame back. He was a child actor not a legend. Get over it… get a job and grow up like the rest of us.

    24. 24

Re: Rintendo – I 200% agree with everything you said. I don't think Corey Feldman is acting like a media whore in the slightest in this instance anyway. I truly feel for Feldman right now, and think people hating on him ought to back the hell off and let the man grieve. He could be saying much worse and painful things and he is taking the high road. Of course he was going to come out and say something, they were the two Coreys forEVER!

    25. 25

      Why PRIVATELY???

He's got an important point to make and he should make it.

    26. 26

I don't know, man. I was never into these two when they were in their prime, but everyone knows that Corey Feldman was a really close friend of Haims. If there's anybody who could say this stuff right now, it really is him. He really was there for him, and people do this crap all the time.

    27. 27

Well I think maybe waiting a day or two before he went on Larry King would have been a little better. I suspect outside of the Mom he was the most qulified to speak. I also saw that he was at the mothers house by noon yesterday, which given the events of her evening puts him as one of the first to offer her condolences. One can only assume he made sure Ms Haim was ok with the appearance

    28. 28

You know what. Corey Feldman appears to be the friend who stuck with Corey Haim. And he's absolutely right — it's nice that so many people are speaking fondly of him now — but when he was very publically in trouble — did any of them call, tell him they loved him and try to kick his butt? If you didn't bother to be a part of someone's life when their alive, don't bother showing up for the funeral and free reception.

    29. 29

Oh come on. Give the guy a break. He's lost his lifelong best friend. He has every right to comment just like beautiful Brittany Murphy's husband. If Feldman wasn't-you would be asking 'what is he hiding, doesn't he care bout his friend'? So give him a break.

    30. 30

      Seriously perez shut up!

    31. 31

Re: deemoo – Are you kidding? He used the word fa**ot and didn't apologize for it. It was said in a moment of heated hate. Yet if someone else makes homophobic comments, he asks for a apology and acts all noble.

    32. 32

Re: Sarah FAILin – Your name/avatar is my favorite one I've seen on here :)

    33. 33

Feldman do anything privately?!? This is the guy who sold out Michael Jackson during the child molestation trial (20/20) and then went on all the TV shows as his "good friend" when he died- There's no one else left to die for Corey to go on Larry King about- of course he is going to be all over the TV about it- of course, he'll try to get interviews about Larry himself dies, or another one of those Jacksons, but hopefully no one will want him!

    34. 34

You would wet your panties at a chance to appear on Larry King, luckily no-one takes you seriously Mario.

    35. 35

People deal with grief in their own ways. Who the fuck are you to say how he should deal with his? Maybe going public is helping him cope with the loss. You are such a narrow minded ass sometimes.

    36. 36

you get your shit together when you take this kind of medication??? HÄH? this is b.s. feldman is an idiot.it is clear that you sooner or later die of heart problems with this kind of shit in your blood.sorry but—shut up feldman.the doctor who prescribed this cocktail should be punished

    37. MP says – reply to this

      37

I have differing feelings about Corey Feldman. On one hand, he's kind of a famewhore and if my best friend had died I probably wouldn't want to talk to anybody right afterward. On the other hand, I think what he said about the people in Corey's life was true and it's sad that Corey Haim appeared to have really no one in his life and all the people who are tweeting their sadness, where were they during his life?

    38. 38

He is LOVING his friends death isn't he?! He has been dying to get some press and now he had his stupid hairstyle has it

    39. 39

You're a retard Fatty Hilton. You keep saying he should shut up, and yet you keep posting his comments for your own gain. HYPOCRITE MUCH?

    40. 40

Whats up with that strand of hair in his face ? This guy OD Too. ICK ICK

    41. 41

I honestly feel so bad for Corey Feldman. He was like a brother to him and he honestly tried desperately to get him to seek help. It was good that they made up and he is right, where were all these people when he was alive? Oh, they were busy ignoring him and writing trash talk about him. Anyone else agree with me?

    42. 42

Re: Baron von Fleck – I agree. Corey Feldman was a true friend.
