The Gosselin Dogs Are Comin' Home! (No, Not Jon)
Jon boarded the Gosselin family dogs away months ago, but Kate thinks it's time for the pups to come back home!
German shepherds Shoka and Nala were sent away last fall because Jon claimed the kids would "climb on them, pull their tails, bite at them [and] drag them."
Poor pups!
Kate is telling a different story though, saying: "I realized if I had two difficult kids I wouldn't send them away and ask for new kids… I'd never quit on my kids, so why would I think I was going to quit on my dogs?"
We thought the kids were the problem, not the dogs!
Although, this is Jon Gosselin's word we're debating so, really, grain of salt here.
Kate says Nala and Shoka will be returning to the family's home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania "once the weather warms up."
She means once she finishes her stint on Dancing With The Stars!

that's good, cause she never made the decision. Jon seemed to do it out of spite. and reguardless, it is better when she finishes the show, because she will not have the time to devote to them when the kids are not around. Please. most people don't own dogs by the season. She just isn't bringing the dogs home until it suits her which shows she was a driving force behind the dogs. Also, on the show all she ever did was bitch about them. They need a better, loving home than what she will give them. Pets are not owned based on the season!
Maybe Jon had a point because children CAN be rough with dogs sometimes…. but WHY get the dogs then? Do research ahead of time! Animals have rights!
If she's having "problems" with the pups, she can always call Cesar Millan though honestly I think it's the adults that need rehabilitation with behavioral issues and not the dogs.

How exactly is Kate selfish? Kate had the education and the career (nursing), while Jon was a dropout who couldn't keep a job. Kate gave up ALL she worked for when had to go on bedrest to keep the babies alive, while Jon kept LOSING jobs. TLC came to them and the world fell in love with the kids. THE ONLY selfish person here is Jon. He did NOTHING.

I think whoever their breeder is ought to be sent away. A reputable breeder would never let them have the dogs back and would have found them a good home by now. Shame on all of them.
Anyone who watched the show knows that controlling Kate was the one who HATED the dogs. Her need to have control even went so far as not letting her kids name the dogs. She had to be the one to name them, and then she was always threatening to give the dogs away. JON took care of the dogs as best he could. They weren't "difficult" dogs, they were PUPPIES!! It figures that Kate now wants the dogs back. Somebody else took the time and energy to train them.
Re: Roseygirl – You need the have the facts. Jon IS college educated and held good jobs as an IT guy. KATE made him quit his job so he could spend more time at home and take care of the kids. Kate would barge into his work screaming at him when he forgot to fix her lunch for her (this is from an interview with Jon's former boss) . HE commuted over an hour to work, but not before he had to make her coffee for her every morning and per her written instructions. He brought it to her in bed. Every day. Then, he got the girls up and dressed for school and the babies changed and dressed. At night, he bathed them, read to them, and put them to bed…while Kate sat in a chair and screamed that they had to be in bed by 9.
She is taking back the dogs to get her annoying face back on the cover of People Magazine yet again. I cancelled my 20 year subscription to that magazine because she has no business being on there, not even one time let alone the dozen so far. She is a calculating, mean and fame hungry no-talent that is famous purely as a result of successful invetro. How SAD it is that real serious issues of today are on a back burner while the press is worried about Kate Gosseline and what kind of pets she keeps or how stupid her hair looks.

Once she gets booted off "Dancing with the Stars,"* she'll start a new reality show with a celebrity dog trainer about her attempts to train and learn to love those adorable pups. She'll "write" a "book" entitled 2 Drooling Faces and spend the better part of 2 months promoting it on every daytime talk show that will take her, miles away from her children and aforementioned adorable pups. This should last her until Dr. Drew is ready to publicly treat her addictions to whatever steroids she's started taking as a contestant on DWTS.
