Channing Tatum, Keira Knightley Approached For Captain America!

Although there are several people being considered for the role of Captain America, Channing Tatum is just another name being thrown around for the part.

Tatum has not seen a script, but has been approached for the role.

The studio is also on the hunt to find the female lead, Betsy Ross, and apparently Keira Knightley is in the running.

Who do U think should be cast?!

      tbh i dont think Keira would agree to this, she's tallented and is in actual films not just big budget crap so…. but who knows? if she does take it i'll watch if not i probably wont lol

      I dont think she would contrast well on the screen with that tatum person or whatever his name is… Hes kind of bland.

      Besides I think she can do way better roles. But if she wants a payday she can pull it off… But they need a different actor for the lead to make it work.. They just don't look good together.

      ya know, it wouldn't be so bad if you wouldn't CRAM down how AMAZING it's gonna be! It sounds very wobbly. why not just be honest with good intentions and try to think of what people might actually enjoy? Instead you insist on trying to get people to like the same we're-so-alternachic music very few people like.
      And no-one's buying it.
      So a promoter had to move in to save this party with a last minute SnoopDog booking (and probably paid too much through a booking agency farm who gouged this swag company). They're gonna hate you when it's over….but eh, one more for the pile :)

      Kiera Knightly? First Gwenyth Paltro in ironman, and now Knightly in Captain America? Do they only cast annorexics with giant floating heads as the leading ladies in thes movies? Hell, I think Ann Hathaway could pull off the part without looking like she was going to faint from hunger during every seen. I like knightly but that girl is going the way of Karen Carpenter.

      Case in point: the cinematic torture piece otherwise known as the movie Fighting. Hands down one of the worst movies I've ever had the misfortune of being subjected to. It's impossible to say whose horrendously wooden acting was worse – Channing Tatum's or Terrence Howard's.
