Heidi Montag was snapped filming her cameo in Malibu for the upcoming Adam Sandler movie Just Go With It and hubby Spencer Pratt showed up to support his wife's "break-out" role.

Adam has betrayed me by casting this talentless fake in his movie, however i will go see it just to watch this train wreck. But Heidi, sweetie, those giant marbles in your chest that you call boobs (and yes, they do look that hard and heavy) have more talent then you ever will. I hope you're happy that any career you manage to have will be because of your boobs and that is all you will be known for. And Heidi? she was such a cute girl before. I do get a few of the changes she made.. first nose job and first smaller implants..but that was more than enough plastic surgery and those small changes did make her look better.. but now she looks awful..and plastic. & in this picture she looks like she has gained a ton of weight. please stop Heidi and take those ridiculous huge implants out. you look awful & freakish now. someone needs to help her.
