   yeah so the film clip doesn't really make much sense, but at the end of the day it's creative, different and it seemed to catch everyone's attention because no matter what your opinion is on it you all watched it right? and how is this video any different to every other music video, video game, movie or song that's out there? what it comes down to is that lady was so wrong in saying that extremely prejudice shit, she's worse going on t.v saying that shit than lady gaga is dancing around in her undies, whatever people need to find more productive things to do with their time rather than slander celebrities all the time. grow the fuck up.

   I lived in LA for a while, and LA is LA… But yeah, I agree with SwedishSweetheart - I can't seem to grasp how parts of America are still so conservative. It's really quite sad.     It's unfair of this woman tu put all the problems of America on the shoulders of Gaga. I'm not saying violence hasn't influenced this video, but violence has a long history in American from italian mafia to street gangs, and it is normal that it has an influence on culture. Gaga only turns this into a true form of art (exorcising the violence and negativity through fun-play), and the ending (the accidental mass murder) was obviously supposed to be comical. Yes, sex is still a strong element of Gaga's appeal, and in this she is not inventing the wheel, but her image is pretty self-empowered, and so are the multiple references to lesbianism. I'd rather have the sexual empowerment of Gaga influence young girls than the dress codes and slammed-shut rights that women experience in so many countries.
