Steven Seagal is involved in some legal issues, but this time it has nothing to do with his law enforcement TV show.
Seagal's former business partner, Julius Nasso, is suing the actor.
According to Nasso, a "film producer", Seagal owes him over $165,000 under a 2007 settlement agreement.
Nasso actually served a year in prison after he was found to have helped mobsters "shake down" Seagal after he breached a deal to shut down their production companies by not keeping up with his payments due.
The friend of the mob also claims he made "good faith attempts" to collect from Seagal and the actor's Steamroller Productions company over the past two months and has yet to receive payment.
In December, Nasso received an email from one of Seagal's attorneys claiming to no longer represent the actor and stating he wasn't surprised Nasso hasn't received payment as Seagal is currently in litigation with three previous firms over unpaid bills.
Money issues it seems.
Guess the TV show isn't paying that much.
