This guy WILL talk for ca$$$h!
On John's supposed multiple affairs:
"After I became his absolute confidante, he'd tell me about a lot of things and a lot of women. Some that, looking back, I should have been suspicious of. I turned a blind eye. I didn't want to see some of the things that I saw.
"When we were staying in hotels together, he would go out for a jog at 2:00 in the morning and I would run into him. Or when I would go to knock on his door in the morning, there'd be towels stuffed underneath the door and I would hear muffled voices. He would use my cell phone and a person would call back and it'd be some woman that I've never heard of before. There were signs there, I just never paid attention to them. It was so chaotic, it was easy to overlook these things."
"She's an unemployed mother living on child support. You're talking about a gigantic amount of money [to take someone to court]. I don't know how she can be paying that bill and I can't think of anybody else who would pay that bill, other than John Edwards.
"Right now he needs Rielle more than anytime before. He needs Rielle and Elizabeth to work with him on everything that's going on. He's got a potential grand jury indictment coming up. He's got a lot of issues right now and he hasn't had any employment for quite awhile."
On John being in love with Rielle:
"I don't think John Edwards has the ability to love anybody other than himself. He has an ability to lie to you in way that he believes it. He makes you believe it."
Imagine if Edwards actually became president — it would be even juicier!
