It's really not a seller's market!
Britney Spears put her El Lay mansion up for grabs over a year ago at the asking price of $7.9 million.
It isn't a bad deal, especially considering the fun one could have reenacting the crazy Britney years in the house. It's the spot where paramedics showed up to place Brit Brit on a 5150 hold.
Anyway, there has been zero interest in the six bedroom mansion for the last 18 months, so they have lowered the price to $5.5 million.
Not that money is a huge issue for Britney, but it still must suck to be potentially losing $2 million.
Tough break, girl!

she could not, that is why she is selling the first one.
how can you say she lost money if you don't put down what she paid for the place to start with? if she only paid 4 million, she actually makes money on the deal.

I wouldn't even bother selling it , with that much of a loss! HELL NO! Isn't this the house she shared and had all remodeled for K-Fed?? I believe that is the whole reason she wants to sell it, to rid of those memories!! Well maybe she should just consider remodeling it!! I dunno, whatever , it's Britney she'll probably just let it sit! LOL!
