I read one review, Billboard's. There was hardly any mention of you, most was about the other venues. I wouldn't call this review a success but then again, you think any mention of you translates to success - " A bit of chaos reigned at Perez Hilton's annual One Night in Austin party, and he wouldn't have it any other way. Coming from an Austin native that witnesses cool music stuff all year… you're over- hyped lame ass party did not deliver in regards to " the musical capital of the world" standards. It was an over-hyped, badly product placement bore fest. it was like watching a terrible reality show on E that exists purely on its sponsors. You… Perez… know nothing about music. So stay away from my fair city. Your fame is from bashing celebrities… and now you suddenly in the last few years think you know anything about music. I was there and NO it wasn't!!!! After waiting for 2 hours to go 50 feet we left…We got there at 5:45 in line, you must of had 1 chick checking ID's at the dorr cause by 8:30 we still were NOT in and only about 120 people actually got in…IT was horriable…I will never RSVP for this party again due to the lack of people working your door…We had freinds that said they did not get in until 10:45, thats BS and you shoudl NOT be proud!

You are probably never going to read this but I hope you realize that leaving hundreds upon hundreds waiting out in the freezing cold for at least four hours is not a success. The event was extermly poorly organized! There was no line of communication between the organizers of the party and the people waiting in line. I am huge fan of yours but you need to realize that it was not a success. Next year have it at an bigger venue or don't send out as many tickets!

That was the most ridiculously unorganized "event" I have ever been to. I won a "VIP" pass from the sponsor…I had to wait an hour in the freezing cold to pick up my wristband, and then another 45 minutes to get in the door. There were no signs directing people where to go, and it was just mass confusion. Snoop Dogg was awesome though.

Hmmm, I live in Austin and heard that this event was a complete clusterfuck! 25,000 people RSVPd, fire marshalls closed the event at 800 people - do the math. It was 35 degrees and people waited in line for hours (I have no idea why) only to be turned away. I think you really believe your own hype.

You owe me 4 hours of invaluable sxsw time… and you owe me $4 for the useless printout I had to make at kinkos. I was near the front of the line and witnessed the most disorganized party ever, get your shit together, that was miserable and insulting to your followers. You should be ashamed to make your fans stand out for hours while hundreds of "vips" stroll in. What was the point of the "exclusive" rsvp? Never again will I fall for this BS.
