Why do we have to wait so long for the LOLs???

Director Todd Phillips has confirmed that filming on The Hangover 2 is scheduled to start on November 1st!

Booooo!

It should be sooner!!!

And if both Ed Helms and Bradley Cooper aren't available to shoot in the fall, the wait could be even longer!

Lame!

This Movie Was NOT Funny At All!!! I remember a lot of people were like "Watch it, its the funniest movie of all time" Actually it was STUPIDEST movie of all time. I Went To Refund My Ticket Within 40 Mins during the Movie

This movie was like most indie hipster bands: super hyped, but hardly ever living up to all the hype. It was an okay movie, at best. I was super stoned when I saw it and it still didn't make me laugh thaaat much. I blame the writing, it wasn't that good. People have expectations for these types of comedy films, all in the same vein of Judd Apatow and friends, which in the mid-2000s, branched out from the Ben Stiller/Owen Wilson Frat Pack crowd. The worst problem with The Hangover was that they didn't use Zach Galifianakis's talents enough. It was his first major role, but they made him play a buffoonish, very weakly-written character, when he can be so much more than that! Actually, all of the actors' talents were under-used. There's no need for a sequel at all!

This is a typical situation in which you take a a great movie and cheapen it's legacy by making a sequel where it's not warranted. Could any of you be asking for a "Breakfast Club" sequel or a sequel to "The Blind Side" ?
