More On Jesse James' Harrasment! Sexual Assault And Battery And Wrongful Termination!

Sandra Bullock needs to get away from him ASAP!

Deann McClung, a former employee of Jesse James at West Coast Choppers from 1999 to 2000, sued him for sexual assault, battery and wrongful termination claiming he forced her to have sex with him!

Her case was settled out of court in 2001, but McClung gave an interview in 2005 saying, "Jesse James forced me to have sex with him. He forced me to have sex, kidnapped me, locked me up and threatened me. He ruined my life.”

Terrible!

In the court papers McClung describes a time when James offered to drive her home, but he pulled over next to the Queen Mary Hotel in Long Beach and forced her to perform oral sex him!

He threatened to lock her in the garage overnight if she didn't agree, so she says, “There was nothing I could do. He told me, ‘You wanted this. You know you had it out for me for months.’”

McClung also said that he forced her to have sex with him in a car, but they were stopped when the police pulled up next to them. She charged in her court papers: “It was clear to the plaintiff that she was being terminated because of her refusal to give in to James’ further sexual advances.”

James responded by claiming that Deann was an embezzler, but he never filed a police report or pursued the charge further. Deann had a warning back in 2005 for Sandra Bullock and it seems to ring true now:

“I’m sure he has Sandra conned into thinking what a nice guy he is, but it’s all a big lie.”

Disgusting — we hope Sandy reconsiders meeting with those divorce lawyers!

this guy is infected with pure, unadulterated hubris. and he will find that such hubris always ends in total and complete destruction… he's never gonna dig out from underneath all this nasty shit he has created in his life. karma is a bitch, buddy.

    2. 2

I dunno….seems a bit far petched. He's a perv and a nazi lover but this might be just a way for biker sluts to cash in.

    3. 3

I read stories like this and think 'BULLSHIT' as soon as the words "settled out of court" arise…..

    4. 4

This guy just gets worse everyday. Poor Sandra hopefully she will take her Oscar and walk the eff out. She was always too good for him anyway. Poor kids involved in this mess.

    5. 5

he's a guy what do you expect? men only want one thing.

    6. 6

Something about this story smells like rotten fish. I didn't realize rape could be settled out of court.

    7. 7

If thats what happened you would think she would quit before he even thought about firing her. If this is also what happened you would think she would tell the world how horriable a person he was. Thats what I did when my boss tried some shady shit. I didn't care about the money, but the principle, just saying.

    8. 8

okay i think thats a bit too much, seriously that sounds like a bunch of bs. but who knows, it wouldn't be surprising if it was true.

    9. 9

Isn't forced sex called rape? Why is she suing him instead of filing criminal charges. Sounds a lil shady…

So hes a nazi rapist? Dear god Sandra run! Run like a fucking gazelle on steroids!

    11. 11

      unbelievable poor sandra

    12. 12

um… unless the guy held a gun to my head, i would bite his junk off and take it to the nearest police station.

    13. 13

Where is the arrest report for the "forced" sex, Perez :)

    14. 14

I really don't buy this one. If he forced himself on her its called rape. Most women would have gone to the police right away. Not continue to put themselves in harms way.

Re: AlchyAnonMS – Thats true. If someone raped me I'd want them in prison, not paying me off. It does sound a bit shady. I still think Sandra needs to get away from him regardless.

    16. 16

      Oh wow, this is sick.

    17. 17

      He is sick and dangerous.

    18. 18

he is a cheater for sure but this smells like bullshit.

    19. 19

and we all thought Jon Gosslin was the biggest douche ever???? that sure has changed.

    20. 20

Yep, a scumbag.. No qestion.. She should end this now. Be done.. All of his ugly life is coming forward. What a filthy man.. Disgustig..

    21. 21

i know he is a f-ing dick for wht he did but he is sooooo f-ing hot and i would FFFFF him in a heart beat!! he can tie me up and make me suck his dick!! i know this is f-ed up to say and hes still a low like scum but damnnnnn…so sexy sexy and i bet he is aWweSoMe in bed!! ohhh yah!!!

    22. 22

IDK. I think there are a LOT of women out there who would do ANYTHING for money. I'm not saying he is perfect or anything, but sometimes when you are rich and famous, it is always easier to throw money to people who are trying to blackmail you then fight it. I'm not standing up for him, just saying that I am taking that story with a grain of salt.

    23. 23

The most horrifying thing about this story and the Tiger story is that these guys are sleeping with the skankiest women and not wearing condoms. I hope Sandra and Elin are testing for aids.

    24. 24

WTF???!?!?!?! UGhh I WISH/HOPE THEY BOTH COME OUT OF HIDING AND SPEAK ABOUT THIS SHIT!! I want answers! LOL!

    25. 25

Funny… once again, these women come out of the woodworks, contact the media and state their case… just because she makes these claims does not deem it to be true. By the way - was he actually charged with a crime or just convicted of it? Did she win the case or was there a "lack of evidence"? I for one, do not believe everything I read or hear… and the fact that this woman is making these claims known to the media now is proof enough she's in it just for the fame of it.

    26. 26

I agree - the story sounds a bit off, a bit fabricated… I mean if he actually raped her, and was making her have sex while the police pulled up why not then and there inform the police… why? doesn't sound right to me. I think she's fabricating this stuff.

    27. 27

      Jesse should run for governor!

    28. 28

#6 your right they wouldn't settle A RAPE accusation OUT OF COURT, it would have been taking over by the state!! Why wouldn't he also be in CRIMINAL COURTS instead of Civil courts , something just is NOT RIGHT about this story! But I WOULD STILL LIKE Sandy and Jesse to come out and speak, before any other idiots come out of the woodwork! *Giggles* :)

    29. 29

Re: loveme!! – you just can't get enough attention in this life, can you? that's kinda sad.

    30. 30

So this chick not once but twice went in a vehicle with a man who assaulted her? Hmmmmm um yeah not believing she was "forced" here. People who tend to be sexually assaulted don't normally get back in the car and continue to work for the person who forced them in to having sex. It sounds like she didn't want to continue her sexual relationship with him and he fired her for it. Which is obviously reason to sue, but I highly doubt he's a rapist….Sounds like this chick doesn't want to take accountability for knowingly sleeping with a married man

    31. 31

      divorce him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    32. 32

      Re: tigrrrlilly
no actually i just think he is seXy! you know how people think ppl like brad pitt are sexy–i think he is sexy! i guess he is just my type of guy and i like a guy with a little freak in them. im not saying cheating on his wife is right. i believe that is the worst thing you can do to someone. i just think that we would have the same sexual interests!!! and hes f-ing HOTTTT!!

    33. 33

      [re=4873119]Re: Mommy O'Twins
/re] that's exactly what i was thinking..the thought of it is digusting and so terrible

    34. 34

And Sandra didn't know about these supposed harassment law suits? Give me a break.

    35. 35

Oh Perez, you are so quick to believe some chick who probably wants her 15 minutes of fame. I am sure there is some truth to all this, but as usual, people like you are not privy to the real facts so many assumtions are made. Only Jessie knows what is truth and what is fiction. I love Sandy and I hope for her sake she knows all the facts before she makes any decision. I am willing to give this guy a benefit of the doubt.

    36. 36

Holy fuck. You print this shit like it's gospel truth. McClung was a black mailer and was advised to drop the suit by her own fucking lawyers. She was lucky to get the 700K that she did just to shut the fuck up and go away. Which she did.

    37. 37

I'm sure SB is in shock and grief and needs some time to process all this. It sucks even more for her that there is so much public attention on this. Broken hearts are awful and she was clearly so happy. Hope she has some great friends to help her thru- i bet she does.

    38. 38

      Horrid.

    39. 39

Re: pusspuss – Hey pusspuss, when anyone in the legal profession hears "settled out of court" it means the defendant does not think he can win the case in front of a judge/jury. So, it most often, for practicing attorneys, means the case has enough facts to support the allegations. So, attorneys, who represent both sides, think the exact opposite than you do. Remember, to settle out of court means that both parties had attorneys, and the defendant's attorney usually advises a settlement when he/she doesn't think they can win.

    40. 40

Re: AlchyAnonMS – No, "forced" sex is not always rape. In a "hostile work environment" a boss can make threats and demands that an employee consents to…under these circumstances you can sue civilly (not criminal court) for sexual harassment, not rape. Yes, a subtle distinction, but that's the law.

    41. 41

Re: berrybaby – Attorneys who practice in the area of employment law see this all the time. Women need the money their job provides, they may be living paycheck-to-paycheck, and when subjugated by an employer they sometimes are afraid to lose their job and they give in…this is called "sexual harassment" and is dealt with in civil court, not as rape in criminal court. When an employer settles out of court, it usually means he thought he'd lose the case if taken to a jury. Especially, if he's settling for big bucks.

    42. 42

Re: Texas Mom – very good points! this stories and a lot of the replies doesn't benefit and support sandra at all! i'm not standing up for jesse either. but there are a lot of flaws in this story.
i see a guy here who's completely devastated and feels obviously very guilty. i've not seen any photo of tiger woods like this.

    43. 43

Re: SammiDe – Hey, SammiDe, I practiced employment law in California for years…here's the scoop, in a nutshell, as I explained in previous posts. Forced sex in the workplace is treated as a "sexual harassment" case in civil court, usually because the woman is subordinate to the supervisor's position and is coerced into the sexual act.

BAD boys “` never change!!!!! Just be glad that Sandra found out right now and not 5 years from now.

    45. 45

      Re: lol777

Gee thanks for your enlightened opinion pity I don't give a toss what you think. You're not the only person in the legal profession sweetheart…

    46. 46

Nice to see Perez staff got the drift of this (kinda) after the shiteous earlier version of this tale earlier today.

    47. Gena says – reply to this

      47

This all seems a bit shady! Why is ALL this coming out ALL OF A SUDDEN? The media needs their villains, and he I guess is the "it guy" for right now…

    48. 48

Re: pusspuss – Hey, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound condescending…sorry if I came off that way. No offense intended to you. I represented a lot of battered women, sexual harassment cases, a lot of sad and hard situations, and I get on "my high horse in defense of women's rights" (not just women either, there's male on male and female on male sexual harassment cases I took, too, just as bad). So, apologies if I offended…didn't mean to.

I have never liked Jesse James from the minute I laid eyes on him. I watched him on Celebrity Apprentice and through the entire show wondered what in the world our sweet Sandra Bullock saw in him. Obviously his 'white gorilla' claim-to-fame had something to do with it. Poor Sandy. Love her.

    50. 50

Re: lol777 – Ha! Ha! Ha! lol, an apology in the nasty free-for-all of the Perezhilton site! Too funny, never thought I'd live to see it.

    51. 51

whenever i saw him in a pic with sandra, i got an ill black feeling…i was right. im usually always right. never liked him.

    52. 52

THANK YOU PEREZ. Everyone else is like "she's the other woman" when it isn't like that at all. You aren't the other woman when the guy tries to rape you!!

    53. 53

goodbye jesse james — I guess we didn't know you at all - you've just lost
the best thing that happened in your life - asshole - maybe you could hire tiger woods therapy team to "get through this" — prick face, loser, I'll never respect you again - oh wait a minute!! YOU only gained respect in the entertainment industry BECAUSE you were married to Sandra!! You're done!!!
Good thing you know where the ho's are because your new life starts there!

    54. 54

      kidnapped? oh please.

    55. 55

I bet those bitches are lying!

    56. 56

He is so incredibly fugly! I just don't see what any of these women see in this guy … especially Sandra.

    57. 57

This same woman tried to warn SB back in 2005 …….

yeah… time to milk the guy, everyday one liar will sue him… its the best time

    60. 60

Tiger Woods is sighing in relief with all of these stories.

    61. 61

More of Tiger Woods….Uh I mean Jesse James hoes are coming forward…The plot thickens!

    62. 62

…But while we're on the subject, she contined to work there…..after this alleged rape? She won this civil suit? Who is the attorney who won this frivalous case?… I need his phone number!

    63. 63

i think he is fug anyway. attraction must be all in his sweet talking opinion of himself

    64. 64

Did she just now wake up out of a coma? 5 years after the alledged situation… she is just now coming forth???? Isn't there a statute of limitation on 'bimbo extorsion'?
