The cheater (Tiger, Jesse) pays them money to keep them from making their embarrassing (stupid) email messages, text messages, voice mails from going public. Notice that only ONE Tiger Woods voice mail hit the media. There were probably tons of them, but he probably paid these women to "not disclose".
