Prince Ordered To Pay Up!

This could be the first of many!
A judge in Dublin has ordered Prince to pay $2.95 million to the Irish concert promoters after he canceled a 2008 concert in the city without explanation!
Prince pulled out of the performance in Croke Park after MCD, the country's biggest concert organizers, booked the venue and sold 55,000 tickets!
William Morris agent Marc Geiger did testify in court saying he rarely talks to Prince directly and that he's one of the most difficult clients to get in touch with.
Apparently one of the rare times he did speak with him about the case, Prince told Geiger, "Tell the cat to chill. We will work something out."
LOLs! Sounds like he's not too worried about all these pending lawsuits!

Yes a bad week for the Purple one. He also proably lost most of his remaining fans by charging them all a renewal memborship fee of 77.00 for his website that is no longer. Many of the fans had changed their CC info and had requested to cancel their membership (as the website was a complete failure and not worth 77 bucks) only to have benn charged anyway. The better business boreau has been contacted by many. Good Luck Prince! Maybe you should hire a businessman to take care of business!

Actually the case was settled out of court… but the judge had a good laugh about that comment "tell that cat to chill". Not something you hear a witness say in court everyday!
