While promoting her new film Why Did I Get Married Too?, Janet Jackson reveals that filming became a way of coping with her brother's death.
Michael passed away three days into filming.
“It was very therapeutic, I was able to release in such a way,” Janet said. “There were moments when I definitely brought it home, and not really wanting to but you do and then eventually you unwind. It becomes very draining.”

That must have been extremely difficult for Janet being that her and MJ were the closest of all the siblings! She said in an interview that she broke 3 golf clubs while filming the movie. She said it was a combination of break-ups and the aggression she felt inside from MJ's passing. Every time I see Janet, she reminds me so much of MJ!

So Coincidentally, now that she has a movie to promote, she has "healed" enough to come out and talk about her brother's death. So what is she saying that the only way she can turn in a convincing performance is when there is a tragedy in her life. Do we have to wait for another tragedy to get a good performance out of her? If it were Latoya plugging a film, using her brother's death as motivation, she would be called a media whore. Janet fanatics won't want to hear this but, who is the media whore now?
