She claims that after she gave birth to her son, she wanted "a lifestyle change, not a diet."

    It makes me laugh how Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig gets all these gravy nipple fattys to be their spokesperson. They ultimately brag about how much weight they lost, but truth be told, if any of these fat pig lost weight, the weight found its way home and brought friends.

    I was about to say, 'she doesn't need to lose weight.' Then I scrolled down to her legs. She lost a lot already though, without the prgram. Maybe they pay well.

    I love her but girlfriend has to stand with her legs apart like that so you don't see how much her knees knock. Most fat people have knock-knees from years of stress on the joints due to excessive weight. The bones literally give in to the weight. No biggie though. She's rocking that outfit!!!

    WONT WORK IN THE LONG RUN. SHE'S FAT AND BIG BONED. THE GENES ARE IN HER BODY. HER WHOLE FAMILY IS FAT AND FUGLY AND THAT WONT CHANGE. BITCH IS DOING IT FOR THE MONEY AND PR LIKE THAT BERTINELLI CHICA.

    I had a friend who was morbidly obese (note the "had" . . .) She always complained that she just wanted to eat "normal" like everyone else. Only, her version of normal would be what a teenage boy eats.
    -
    I don't think of myself at "dieting" ~ I just eat healthy, and yes, I splurge several times a week. But the majority is good food, and that's the difference.
    -
    My friend thought she could "diet" for a few months, then go back to "regular" eating. She never got it through her head that a plate of nachos was not "regular," and was instead, a "splurge."

    I don't beleive in diet fads. My advice to people who want to lose weight, please eat healthy and exercise. Consider it a lifestyle. I'm in my thirties, and my weight is still not an issue. Please avoid these get slim quick diet schemes!

    TaurusWarrior… If you knew anything about Weight Watchers, you'd know that they promote a HEALTHY rate of weight loss… .5 - 2 pounds max per week! And they also teach you how to eat better and encourage moving more. I've lost 65 pounds on Weight Watchers and have kept it off for more than a year already. Last Saturday, I ran up 52 flights of stairs (1,197 steps!) in 10 minutes, 33 seconds. I NEVER could have done that without training, and I never would have been able to train without Weight Watchers!

    I think it's GREAT that Jennifer Hudson has ALREADY LOST quite a bit of weight and is feeling and looking healthy!

    Re: Visa – Dear God, I strongly dislike people like you."Gravy nipple fattys?"Did that take you all day to think up?And, BTW, WW's is NOT a diet but a program that shows the way to eat correctly, b/c ever since Gen X was born, we've been eating fillers, byproducts, chemicals, etc. Also, WW doesn't have those "spokesperson commercials." Not here in the Upper East Coast, anyway.And just so you know (b/c I'm sure you've said it, thought it, or joked about it) 1.some people's body make-up is not meant to be skinny;2. Yes, Visa, there are medical reasons for this. CIP:4 years ago I woke every day at 4:30 am & biked 10 miles before going to work.I went to an athletic club 3x a week.Then a very bad driver flipped her Jeep into me. I was ordered to stop working out the next day.Do u know how quickly weight comes on after you've been eating right and exercising for years & then have to suddenly stop?The ONLY reason I'm close to my old size of 5- (you can't diet off DD's and an ass)- in the real world women who buy Junior size 5s are quite thin; anyway, the only reason I'm getting back there is because I ended up sick after the car accident operation and had to have 4 blood transfusions.I ate nothing for over a week, other than sugar water.Please try to understand & not be so mean. You have no idea what goes on in these people's lives. Try to be a human being yourself.
