Lady GaGa's backstage treats are all very healthy AND pretty low-key, especially in comparison to divas like Mariah Carey!
According to her recently obtained rider….
Gagita requests a hot roasted chicken, "non-smelly, non-sweaty" cheese with whole wheat bread and crackers as well as a half-gallon of low-fat milk, salsa and guacamole!
As for drinks, there is NO booze backstage! Instead she requests bottled water, ginger ale and hot tea.

She had a few splashes of champagne on stage on her recent tour to make fun of her drunken speech. Plus she only drinks the booze when it's sitting right in front of her at award shows!! ACTUALLY i worked at a gig venue she was playing and shes a lot more ridiculous than this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What she in fact asked us for amoungst other things was a selection of non smelly cheeses on ice and something called a pumpkin chicken where she wanted us to debone a roast chicken and somehow put it together to look like a pumpkin. She also wanted to be able to request a boiled egg on stage at any time. We told her she can have access to whatever she wants at the bar but there wasnt a chance we were doing the rest!!

After the epic disaster that was "Glitter," everyone expected Mariah Carey's film career to follow the Tony Bennett trajectory. Bloody but unbowed, however, she pressed on with her acting career, to much better results. Not many people saw the indie "WiseGirls," in which Carey turned out a spunky and funny performance as a seen-it-all waitress in a mob-run restaurant.
But it was her attention-getting turn in last year's "Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire," that established Carey as an actress to watch. Yes, much to-do was made over the fact that she had drab hair and wardrobe in the part, and eschewed makeup to the point where she was practically mustachioed, but that was just the surface.
What Carey brought to the role was a ferocity, a deadpan wit and an intensity that was the complete antithesis of her inert walk-through of "Glitter." She's been cast in Tyler Perry's upcoming all-star adaptation of Ntozake Shange's "For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf," and it's going to be interesting to see where her film career takes her. It will be equally interesting to see if Cyrus will ever feel prepared to tackle a film as gritty and unglamorous as "Precious."

Milk isn't unhealthy, it's just a little bit more harmful for adults because humans lose the lactase enzymes needed to break it down and thus it goes into our intestine bacteria that produces gas as a byproduct. This gas may cause little to severe discomfort. If so, and you are Not lactose intolerant then just build up your system with yogurt. Milk is important in that it is enriched and fortified with vitamin D because we need about 400IU's worth daily. You could just go outside and get some sun, but there isn't an exact amount of time to spend outside per skin pigmentation levels and you risk getting skin cancer more. Supplements are ok I guess. Humans were given reason and god-like intelligence, we were able to sustain our milk-flow, although much of this is unnatural, but it's just one way to get the vitamins we need to stay alive. It's your choice to buy it and drink it, I personally think it's good, whatever you want.
