Janet Jackson isn't ashamed to admit she turned to the comfort of food after the death of her brother last summer.
It happens to the best of us!
"It's stress. When I'm feeling down, I do turn to food," Janet explained.
"Normally people don't eat; they don't have an appetite… It's just the opposite; you eat everything," she unabashedly admitted.

Poor girl hasn't had a hit in MANY MANY years. it's sad that she has turned into one of those celebs who constantly only talk about how fat they are.
That's exactly like me. Most people lose their appetite when they are stressed or depressed, I eat everything. But luckily, I like working out, so I am not a size 20.
But enough about MJ's death. It's sad but people lose loved ones everyday. We don't get the everyday pity the Jackson family have been getting.
Perez, why would you consider this news worthy?! Duh! When people lose a loved one they will either drastically lose or gain weight! This is not a surprising revelation!

Wow I can't believe some of you. Half of you on here talking about Janet more then likely way more then her. BTW Janet is not fat. She is a women with curves. She has a behind and hips, and she's short so when she adds extra pounds her height makes her weight gain that much obvious. Fact is she is a very pretty women and just because she gained weight doesn't take that fact away. Eventually she will loose weight again and then she might gain it all back. Who cares? You can't point the finger at somebody else without pointing 3 back at yourself….
