Whitney Hospitalized In Paris! Postpones Three More Concerts
Uh-oh! We guess it's pretty serious!
Whitney Houston has been been forced to postpone three more concert dates on the European leg of her world tour because she's been hospitalized in France!
We reported earlier that the troubled diva was suffering from an upper respiratory infection, which we can now confirm is called 'chronic rhinopharyngtis,' a swelling of mucus membranes in the nose and pharynx.
A spokesperson from RCA says:
"With great disappointment, Whitney Houston has postponed her first three concerts in the UK due to illness. Doctors visited Whitney late last night in Paris and confirmed that she was suffering from an upper respiratory infection. Upon medical advice Whitney has been advised that she cannot perform to allow her time to recover."
The shows she's missing have been rescheduled for May and June.
Again, we hope this has nothing to do with drugs! Her recent performances have definitely been hit-or-miss, but when she's on, she's still got it!
Rest up, Whitney!! We hope you have a quick recovery!!

I've paid €110 to see Whitney in Dublin on th 17th of April:-( Looks like i'm in for a refund on that one but won't be going to see her if she reschedules it for a later date. Everyone needs to give her a break ! Since her comeback she has had nothing but bad press & Bitchy comments on her tour, So what she isnt the same no more, But that woman can still entertain people. I was due to see her Tomorrow night in Manchester and have been told after spending £100 for front row seats that she isnt going to be doing the show, But id rather her cancel it and be alot better than come onto stage and struggle her way through the show and not feel her self.
All these people who say they have been true fans since the day she has started need to stop trying to put her down and do what a true fan would do and stand by her!
At the end of the day, She has said she is off the drugs, Belive her forgod sake ! Be a fan and stand by her. Your telling me you dont catch colds ??

Her US concerts have never brought in big crowds. She can sing but she can't dance, moves like a man and those TACKY outfits she wears are horrible.

The public has given her a break and a second chance, we love a comeback story before we tear them down again. She can't sing anymore. If she could, we'd be buying tickets instead of of her canceling concerts because of years on crack. I really like Elisabeth Withers, but don't like her singing material either.
