Love her. She's the most UNDERRATED dance pop artist in America…although she's not an ICON like Madonna she's just as big as Brit Brit globally and I find her music to be better and deeper than GaGa's. She still looks fantastic too.

My gym has two. They're okay, but I never just used the machine without doing additional machine workouts because you don't feel like you've had much of a workout just holding a position while the machine vibrates. The vibration also bothers my vision.
If someone didn't have a gym membership and the machine was only $100, I might say try it if you're interested. But otherwise, it's just a fad that's not great on its own.

You can buy Power Plates in Ireland for a few hundred Euro - I've never used one but apparently 10 minutes on it is equivalent to 60 minute cardio workout - nice!!
Core London at the Thomas Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA has the Power Plate with some great trainers. I have been doing it with a food program and cardio and find it to be great for my weightloss.
I don't know how this machine works, but passive exercise machines don't do anything for you. You have to expend energy to burn fat.
Hell yes I would get one! But with two kids in college I don't think I could convince my husband when running, walking, working out at home, eating right is free. But I am just as much as a sucker as anyone who wants to believe a machine can make my body fitter and more fabulous in record time…like Kylie!

I use the machine at the gym, and it really works, of course you also have to do cardio to burn fat.
I'd love a machine that vibrated up to 50 times a second. I'd never leave the bedroom.
