We suppose that instead about worrying about his reaction to the news, we should be thanking George Lopez for Conan O'Brien's glorious return back to late-night television!

Sources are claiming that the head of Turner Entertainment, Steve Koonin, approached Lopez to see if he would be okay with moving his show back to midnight, and have the giant ginge as his lead-in!

Lopez then PERSONALLY called Conan and assured him that he would not pull a Leno on his new partner, and despite ongoing negotiations with FOX, a deal was signed within days!

Wow! Sounds like a much happier, more amicable agreement!

We're thrilled to have you back, bb!

    Here's the Lopez tonight show
"White people do stuff us Latinos would never do! LOL Those crazy white people." That is literally the entire show.

    I'M WITH COCO

That's racism at its finest, no one wants to watch the unfunny Mexican!

  3. 3

George is a class act. He also understands that Conan as a lead-in will mean bigger numbers for him. A win for all.

Re: Carlops54 – He is racist against white people with the "jokes" he makes. If a white guy made as many jokes about Latino people there would be a hue outcry like the one against "Kramer."

Every time I turn into his show for even a minute he is using the phrase "white people" and I immediately shut it off. He doesn't have to be white to be racist.

the ratings spoke for themselves. the audience didnt find him funny on nbc, and he won't be funny on any other channel. i just wish somebody would give me 40$million for not being funny. seriously, nbc…i'm not funny either. really i'm not.

    Ok "bb" you fucking idiot

Lopez isn't a racist! He likes to be politically incorrect. If you watch his sketch on bullet wound or not a bullet wound, he intentionally makes fun of stereotypes, but in a way that contradicts stereotypes. Its showing people that not all stereotypes are true and we also get a laugh out of it. Loosen up and enjoy the show.

    Awesome! Can't wait!

Make a mark on the wall - I said he will not last one season - will be pulled, for poor ratings. Think about it - if he couldn't make it with the Tonight Show slot, (and he never did have really good ratings,) howz he gonna make it on cable only going up against Letterman and Leno? No way!!

Conan pulled a Leno on George. How the worm has turned. Oh, and look how GRACIOUSLY Lopez handled it.

He tries to be goofey but it comes off sophomoric. I'm sure he's a nice guy but a nerd and not funny.

  13. 13

I will watch Conan then Craig Ferguson on CBS, Love them both.
