Paula Back On Idol???
Unlikely, but sources say that the execs of the show are hoping she'll consider it!
Anyone who has been watching American Idol this season will surely agree with us when we say it has been as exciting as watching beige paint dry in our basement.
The execs are noticing the same and their solution seems to be to ask for forgiveness from Miz Paula Abdul to get her back. An insider on the show says:
"They want Paula back. They're not sure if she'd be the fifth judge, but they are talking to her. People tuned in to see Paula's wacky antics and her chemistry with Simon. The show is just not as much fun to watch without her."
We certainly second that! Even watching Seacrest drunk off his ass wasn't as good as the years of watch Paula slur all over the judges table!
But the damage has been done. We really doubt she will come back.

Why couldnt they just paid her what she asked for on the first place?? did it really take getting rid of her for them to realize that Paula and Simon ARE the show? this is what happens when a woman stands up for herself.. now they will end up losing more than if they just paid her ass to begin with ..ha !!
I really don't care who the judges are, I have always watched for the singing and am amazed that with hundreds of thousands trying out, they get what they do…. that is the problem when you have restrictions. AGE restrictions WEIGHT restrictions and APEARANCE restrictions and don't tell me that they don't have weight and age restrictions. considering that the average amercian is overweight and NOT a gorgeous, why weren't the top 12 filled with more than 1 overweight person and no real unattractive persons? because they want their IDOL to be beautiful. and through all this Mario yells because Adam last year had to hold back coming out. IDOL discriminates against the unattractive, the overweight, etc. Anyone who does not fit into a perfect box.

kara is great, especially this season, randy is consistenly good, simon is fairly good, ryan has become such an idiot over the past 2 seasons, being incredibly rude, kids watch the show, he should be setting an example.

I can't see why she wouldn't come back, considering she's had absolutely no success since she left the show. Get rid of Kara and bring her back, even I'm starting to miss her.
I love Ellen, and thought she'd be perfect for AI, but after watching a few new episodes, I don't think AI really works for Ellen. She doesn't really get much time to comment, and because she's so kind hearted, she's not as funny as she is on her show.
I think the show needs Paula back, and should stick to having rotating star guest judges.
Kara sucks, Ellen sucks and Randy is just lame. I miss Paula, but I hope she tells them to suck dick after how they treated her. AI is dying a slow death because of ignorant decisions like that.
Fifth judge? Get rid of Kara. This show is supposed to be about the singers. How can it be, when they have to spread the time out over all the judges?
The show isn't bad because Paula isn't there. From that angle it's more watchable. She was like nails on a chalkboard. It's boring because it's past it's prime. And when will they stop doing those cheesy group numbers? It seems like when the contestants stick to acoustics instead of the band and back up singers, they sound more relevant.

After treating her the way they had and giving Seacrest what he wanted, she woul d be crazy to give these idiots a time of day. Paula was one of the reasons I watched the show. They tried to fix something that was not broken, so the greedy bastaeds deserve to lose. This season is a joke and the judges comments are alos a joke. Ellen does not belong on the show. she is not funny in the least and her commentsare sometimes just ridiculous. Kara, that fme whore nedds to seriously go, but it will be moot point after Simon leaves. The show may last another season. Poor guy, he lookes so bored with it all. Can't blame him

The show hasn't been the same without her, in fact I've stopped watching. Another problem is that something is wrong with Simon, he has become this big softy. Looks like after "God WAtching" [dio guardi] blabs on and on.. Simon doesn't seem to have the same conviction as before! The show has changed direction with Kara and Ellen and this "new" Simon! Changing something that was working so well was a big mistake of the producers and now they'll never get it back!

Okay, so this makes no sense!! WHY WOULD SHE GO BACK IF SIMON IS LEAVING??? They need TWO PEOPLE or SOMEONE NEW who will mix well with the other judges they have, not bring someone in who mixes well with the ONE PERSON WHO WON'T BE ON THE SHOW NEXT SEASON! Seriously, this logic makes no sense!
