And this time they will be thrown in jail!

After missing two court dates this past week for charges of defrauding an innkeeper and skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill in Santa Barbara, CA, Randy and Evi Quaid are on the run again and wanted by the state of California as fugitivies.

Sources say they even lied to their own lawyer, Robert Sanger by assuring him they'd be in court on Tuesday. When they didn't show up, the judge was not happy and slapped them with a no-bail warrant.

Santa Barbara Senior Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter stated that:

"They cannot be released on bail until they come back here and a judge [agrees to] set bail for them. The warrant will go nationwide and anyone out there that comes in contact with them can pick up our warrant and start their own felony fugitive case."

The couple has been avoiding jail time by posting bond and making empty promises to show up in court. They've even hired several lawyers to assure the judge that they'd appear.

After posting bail several times and paying off attorney fees, you'd think they would have just paid the hotel bill in the first place!
