Gwyneth Paltrow has pulled out of her latest film, The Danish Girl, to spend more time with her family. Her reasoning for dropping out was, "Some days I feel like everyone in my world has plugged themselves into my kidneys. I'm so tired."
Sounds a little dramatic, dontcha think??
However, sources are saying that actually, Gwyneth failed to bond with her Danish Girl co-star, Nicole Kidman.
Gwynnie was feeling so isolated while shooting her last film, Love Don't Let Me Down, in Nashville, she was hoping to become friends with Nicole who lives nearby. Sources said,
"Gwyneth made the effort to get in touch with Nicole, but Nicole declined."
Even her family piped in and said,
"Gwyneth is on her own and lonely, it would have been nice for Nicole to make the effort."
Way harsh, Nicole!
Luckily, Gwyneth has her
ex-husband by her side. She told Harper's Bazaar that when she told hubby, Chris Martin, about her choice to leave the film, he was nothing but supportive.
When I pulled out, he said, 'I think you'll be happy with your decision.' I really lucked out with him. He's deeply lovely and special.
Aw, maybe those two crazy kids can make it after all.
