You could try to figure her out, but it would be a waste of perfectly good brain power.

Courtney Love wants the world to know that Courtney Love is no longer with us. Because of all the scrutiny and "oppression" the namesake has given her, C Love is reverting back to her given name, Courtney Michelle. The Artist Formally Known As Courtney Love explained:

"Courtney Love is dead. We've all decided we don't like her anymore. We love her when she goes onstage, but I don't need her in the rest of my life … Courtney Love is a way to oppress me."

Um, is this going to be like a Sasha Fierce thing, a King Spencer thing or a I'm-too-high-on-bleach-to-remember-my-name thing?

Regardless, it seems the news of her name change hasn't reached everyone's desk, like her record company who announced just last week that Hole, led by Courtney Love, will be going on tour after the release of their new album.

Better talk to your people, Courtney Michelle! Don't want all your wires crossed on your big tour! But then again, will people actually pay to see Courtney Michelle?

She seems far less entertaining than C Love!
