We wonder why that is. Maybe because they have no case??

This story truly sounded like it held no water at all, there was no evidence except from their own mouths which we know never speak the truth and would rather talk shit about anyone then heaven forbid say something nice. And a week after reporting it they decide not to pursue it? They've never let go of matters before, after all Spencer did start a nasty rumour about Lauren simply because she spoke her mind and he's never let go of it since then, if this was true, they would have kept going with this for years. I hope he sues these two for slander. They will be gone by next year, if this is the best they can do to stay in the press, they are done, they have nothing left except a trip to rehab which will probably be doing by the fall and doing porn. Do you understand what all goes into proving sexual harrassments claims. ALMOST ALL suits are impossible to prove. Its very hard to win claims like that without evidence and chances that there is hard evidence of someone saying something sexual to you is impossible to prove. If Heidi didn't have any witnesses (which most assholes are smart enough to do it when they are alone), then guess what. No evidence. Hard to prove the case. I'm not saying Heidi is telling the truth or not, but I would assume that she wouldn't make the claim unless it was true. Cases like that are VERY hard to go through and no one in their right mind would purposely put themselves through that. I'm sure she was either paid off OR was told by a lawyer that she didn't have enough evidence/witnesses. Case close. Unless she received sexual emails or voicemails, she can't really prove anything.
