Screw The Volcano! Metallica Continues To Tour Europe!

While Miles skipped out on her London premiere of The Last Song due to flights still being cancelled due to volcanic ash, Metallica said eyjaFjallajökUll and have been proceeding with their tour as planned.
Taking boats and buses, the boys have been traveling around the continent, having not missed a single tour date yet. Lead guitarist Kirk Hammett regaled that the boys traveled 28 hours to make a concert in Riga, Latvia and they did most of it by bus. He also admits that stepping back on the bus was a hard as he was plague by the memory of bassist Cliff Burton, who died back in 1986 when the Metallic bus turned over in Sweden.
But the show must go on and Metallic intends to keep it that way. Their next stop is Moscow, which will mean a 13 hour train ride from Lithuania, where they are currently hanging out.
Hopefully, the ban on air travel will be up soon.
But talk about hard-core! Hell yes!

The Iron Man 2 premiere was canceled, adam lambert decided he cant promote his album in europe since he cant fly out there, some bands who were suppose to be at cochella couldnt come, and others stars had the same issue flying to or from europe, whether for movies or music.

Metallica still rules after all these years, anyone who says differently doesn't know what real music is. Although a volcano is a good reason to cancel shows thanks to flights this shows true dedication to their fans, they wont let anyone down.
