She's in the clear!
Law enforcement officials are reportedly not planning on filing hit-and-run charges against Heather Locklear!
We reported yesterday that the actress allegedly drove her BMW into a No Parking sign at 4am on Saturday night and then fled the scene of the accident.
Sources claim that there's "nothing approaching proof beyond a resonable doubt" that it was even her that was behind the wheel, and even if there were, she could rely on something called the "Ghostbusters" defense to keep her in the clear. Apparently, this means that there wasn't really anyone she could have called or notified at 4am about a broken street sign.
We suppose that's true, but she should be grateful she didn't bust her or her car up so badly that she wouldn't be able to drive away!
You're in luck this time, bb, but we suggest you stay off the road! No good seems to come from it!
