Jane Fonda's New Diet!

Colorful!

Jane Fonda revealed that her diet consists of eating as many colors as she can! The actress and fitness guru says:

"I have dark, purple (items) every single day - blackberries and blueberries. I always have dark green broccoli or asparagus (and) something red, something orange."

Sounds delish!

There was a recent study that found the eating 5-a-day of fruit and veg doesn't have much of an affect on cancer, but it's still one of the keys to good health.

This is NOT a diet, it's how you should eat. She does have the right ideas @UrMajestyMsG. Eating like this is the best way to consume at or around the amount of vitamins you need a day. It's just foreign to us because we eat all that processed fake s—!

Hey, I do this. Jamie Oliver got me started on this, when he went to that hillbilly ladies house(On Oprah), and put all that food in front of her, and it was all golden brown, so…now I try to not anything that color. Lot's of vibrant color.

Jane Fonda is a GREAT american, she went to Hanoi because she was ashamed that her country was causing so much pain on Viet Nam. In 1975 the american troops had to leave in disgrace, from roof tops in helicopter, Jane was right all along to support Hanoi. As a woman I am proud of Jane, wish I could have been with her. As for the good things she eats, they are all to prevent cancer, this is a proven fact. Jane will live to 100, good !
