hey, p-bag, your hating on kelly clarkson is really getting old. the girl has a right to be pissed. it's an invasion of privacy to start off, the song isn't done, so of course it's not gonna be the best representation of it, and probably the biggest thing is that this could cause a financial issue. now that the song is out, i'm guessing it might be hard to sell it to another artist. when her demos were leaked for the last album she said it sucked but hopes her fans liked the music. dont turn this into a "kelly is a brat" thing bc she's not. i'm over it.

it's intellectual property and someone else owns it. She did not write it so therefore it messes up the next artist chances of releasing it and also mixes up any royalty agreement for the actual writer of the music and lyrics.

If the song was written for someone else it is more disrespectful to that artist than Kelly. The song is now tainted because people are hearing Kelly's unfinished version first.
