She should plead insanity. What a dope. Nude and getting shot what a great show for the kiddies.

i know she was trying to make a statement with her video, and i'm all for that, but walking down the street naked, yes, she should plead guilty.

How can you plead not guilty to doing something illegal and getting it on film? Moron.

Didn't she earlier claim (paraphrasing here) that she chose the location on purpose b/c she was making a statement through "art." I don't think anyone has yet to figure out the connection to the JFK assination -a major US tragedy- and a chick disrobing down the parade route. Now she's saying she picked that spot b/c of its popularity in the city? Pardon me while I go check my bullshit dector.

Well, I'm glad it's just a 500$ fine and not a death penalty like in some islam countries. In that sense, her gesture is political. I mean, I understand the political statement of people getting naked in public, even though I wouldn't do it. Frankly there are much worst crimes to be worried about.

To all of you puritans out there…get a grip! The naked body is only a dis-clothed person…Why does our society get their nickers in a knot over the natural body??
