Gavin Rossdale posted on his Facebook page that his marriage to Gwen Stefani remains happy and intact despite Courtney Love's recent revelation that she had an affair with the rocker while he was in a relationship with Gwen!
Gavin writes:
"Gwen and Gavin Rossdale would like to assure their fans that anything that may have occurred prior to their marriage has no impact on their current situation. All is well with the Rossdale family."

I think the point here is that Courtney didn't lie. What sounded so absurd at the beginning was indeed true.

It sounds like they're saying it's true (Rossdale and Love were screwing while Rossdale was involved with Stefani) and that they've dealt with it. I thought Rossdale had better sense than to get involved with Courtney Love but I guess I was wrong about that.
it is very obvious there has been a history of infidelity in their relationship. gwen stefani is an open book - several of her songs are autobiographical. some songs that reveal a lot are: don't let me down (almost forgot hoe you let me down), simple kind of life (all i needed was a simple man), running (don't let me want to give up), in my head (my head is wicked jealous…don't talk about your ex-girlfriends) underneath it all (you know some bad tricks and you need some dicipline, but lately you have been trying real heard).

I was in a band in the 90's and it is widely known Gavin was a"slut" playing for both "teams". He cheated on Gwen before and they broke up. She is known in the "band world" as someone who is a sweetheart. She picked the wrong creep. Gavin is dirty and has been with numerous people. He is highly boring too. Not much upstairs. Re: jazz99 – This is true. When they were dating,Gwen and Gavin broke up briefly because he was cheating with several woman, including Courtney. (see No Doubt's Return of Saturn) Gavin also dated Courtney before he met Gwen.
Gwen is beautiful, sweet girl and for whatever reason she puts up with Gavin's cheating. Crazy, but it's her choice. This 'revelation' won't split them up. It only serves to make Courtney look like the destructive classless whore she is.
