Dina Lohan is bringing her troubled daughter Lindsay Lohan to Los Angeles to ensure that she attends the deposition she has already missed TWICE!
Lindsanity is being sued by several people who claim she hijacked a car that they were inside of back in 2007. The judge threatened that if she didn't show up for the depo this time, she would lose the case.
And Dina is worried that Lindsay would lose even MORE money when she's already supposedly in massive debt.
Better just suck it up and get it over with, Linds! Even if Mommy has to hold your hand!

Um, how would she win the civil case? The cops were witness to this. Each of those guys gave a statement when they pulled Lindsay over. Remember she gave the excuse for the coke that it wasn't hers, she put on someone else's pants? She's so smart and talented!
