    1. You should be spiritually cleansed before using crystals.
    2. You have to have the right minerals and crystals.
    3. You have to then cleanse the crystals (preferably in flowing water, not tap)
    4. Don't let anyone else touch them.
    5 Leave them in the sun as often as possible.
    6. Cleanse them again if you start to feel nasty again.
    7. The crystals themselves won't work if you just "put" them on you. You must concentrate.
    8. It will never hurt to have a Wiccan, Pagan, or WildWitch bless them fore you.
    9. You can't go into it with THAT MUCH anger.
    10. Sorry, but I don't think that you will ever be able to get down with this. You went straight passed negative and straight on to quasi-evil.

I am a member of a branch of Wicca (I don't dance in the moonlight naked, and I don't call on Satan, which I'm sure you know). But crystals can really help. Spencer needs to take a bath in quartz, onyx, and amber. If anybody wants to tease me or know more, just write me back.
