Zoolander 2 Has Been Axed!
We can't believe it but Ben Stiller's Zoolander 2 has been axed by Paramount.
The actor took to his Twitter to reveal that the studio won't fund the films.
Mr Stiller said:
"Ron Burgundy and Derek Zoolander looking to appear in sequels. Both men destitute, without means or intellect to fund their own comebacks."
Considering all the stoopid movies that get greenlighted, we can't imagine why they'd deny a surefire hit!
Sad.

nah, Zoolander 2 would probably suck. they always take what was funny about movies like this and go way overboard to the point that it's annoying in the sequel.

Ben Stiller is that kind of weird creep who thinks he's funny BUT HE'S NOT!! He's just a creepy ickbag. WHY THE HECK DO WE GIVE CRETINS LIKE THIS OUR MONEY FOR CRAP? There have to be talented people out there that don't get to do things because people like Ben Stiller (whose parents are in the business) got the chance other people don't get.
I can understand why they might do this, but it is still a mistake. I hated Zoolander the first time I saw it but by the 3rd or 4th time it's one of my favorites. Some movies are like that especially one's with Stiller. I can watch Tropic of Thunder and laugh at something different every time just like Zoolander. Another ceo with no vision.

Paramount's a dead studio. They hardly make films anymore. The only movies they make are co-productions with toy companies. I'm not kidding. They literally make about two movies a year. These guys should look elsewhere.

I think Paramount is being smart, the first movie was shit, Paramount is not going to fund a movie if they know its going to be a complete bomb. Ben Stiller must be getting Desperate about work if he has to resort to trying to do a Zoolander 2.

I cant believe they wont back sequels to two of the funniest films of the last 10 years maybe even ever yet theres constant run of TV spin off movies which almost always ruin the TV show, thats not even to mention all the ridiculous remakes of late. At least anchorman and zoolander were original and fucking hilarious
