Charlie Sheen Surrenders Custody Of Kids

Guess he can't be bothered!
Charlie Sheen has given up legal custody of Sam and Lola, the two kids he has with Denise Richards.
He signed the agreement after Denise became concerned with his marital and sobriety issues, although it has not been filed in court yet.
Denise now has the rights to make medical and schooling decisions for 6-year-old Sam and 4-year-old Lola without having to get Charlie's permission.
The actor still has visitation rights and is paying $50,000 a month in child support. And if he divorces Brooke, he'll have another $55,000 a month in child support - and that won't even include medical and school expenses.

I'm sorry but that amount of child support is CRAZY.
Denise must feel extremely vindicated. All the shit that girl had to take at the time of the break up. The whole world and it's granny thought she was a liar for leaving the sainted Charlie boy. Her lurid tales of his penchant for hookers etc, how everyone laughed. Now she gets the last laugh, rid of him, the monthly cheque (such a lot of money) and the beautiful children. Go Denise!

isn't it good that he realizes that may it's best not to put all his children through this shit right now? I mean lots of Fathers have visitation rights or weekends but it doesn't mean that they just don't care about the kids anymore.
Obviously the man has a problem, but dbag is a strange term don't you think Perez? I mean some women might need those. LOL I mean a woman beater, sleazeball, pornaddict, male slut, all those names fit, but he does have good comic timing, at least on 2 1/2 Men, I will give him that. This guy is pathetic-almost as much as his crappy show.If he wanted to be a player-whoremonger or whatever he should not have gotten maried and definitely not the 2nd time.To those who feel sorry for him that child support is too high-100G a mo is high-but he makes 1.5 mil a month from his show.Plenty left for hookers and drugs.I feel sorry for the innocent young kids that are in the middle of this sad situation!!

Do you even know what surrendering custody of children mean ? All this means is that Denise has the basic control of the children. It doesn't stop Charlie from visiting them or giving the child support and expenses. It's actually a more responsible act that Charlie Sheen can do given the circumstances.
Good for him he made the right decision for once. Now he needs to learn not to impregnate or marry any more women. Get it snipped Charlie!

That leaves Denise in a better position to parent effectively. By him doing this, she may be far more inclined to seek out Charlie's opinion willingly simply because he isn't forcibly controlling her daily moves as the hands on, day to day parent. This is progress for him, letting go and trusting her judgement. He'll likely gain more input doing this than he did using a legal but confining vice-grip. She usually seems to try to do the best thing from what I've seen of her. Good for him.
OH Please! Denise Richards receives 52,000 a month in child support, plus a percentage of this hit show! Come on! This girl wears handbags that is my mortgage payment. Everyone says "she new Charlie's habits before she married him" DENISE'S KIDS = $$$$$$$$$, she is untalented, unbankable, getting older and loosing her looks. What will she do when they reach 18, she tweeted the other day "I am adding on a 3rd floor and have to pay for it"! Imagine, on 52,000 a month, no job just child support, deep putting up tweet pics of yourself getting ur nails done, shopping for new clothes ALL ON YOUR KIDS MONEY, YOU LOOSER!

wow that's a lot of money, maybe now she can pay her nannies a little more for taking care of her kids, since we all know she doesn't.
