Well, we can't say we're surprised!
The twosome have been linked since November after meeting on E!'s new dating show, Famously Single. HIGHlarious!
In an interview with E! News, the Danity Kane alum shared:
Well that's an understatement!
"I did say, 'I want to die' on the (911 call). Did I really want to? Absolutely not! I was being dramatic, and I take responsibility and apologize to everybody involved."
She did fess up that the reason for her dramatics was due to a breakup from her on again/off again boyfriend Jimmy Riot. After he refused to accept a Christmas gift from her, things went downhill. She says:
"I was in such a dark place. My soul was shattered. I only felt OK with him. I couldn't play a show without him. I was addicted to this man and it spiraled out of control. My heart broke all over again.
"Does it hurt that someone who was my love and best friend didn't contact me after I overdosed? Absolutely. I had a breakdown, crying that night, but, at the end I realized I didn't need him."
Alexa Ray admits that the crisis brought her closer to her family and that she now feels better than ever saying, "I'm in a Zen good place."
Breaking up sucks, but it shouldn't have to suck THAT bad — we're glad it sounds like she got her shiz together!
