Yet another actor thinking he can escape the IRS!

Actor Billy Zane owes the IRS $116,578 in delinquent federal taxes! He hasn't publicly commented, but the IRS filed a lien with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds back in March.

Better pay up!
