Jesse James Off The Hook…For Now
Just so you are aware, you will not be so lucky during your divorce proceedings.
Charges of vandalism against Jesse James were dropped yesterday after a judge ruled there was "insufficient evidence." A photog had accused Jesse of thrashing his car shortly after the news broke out that Jesse cheated on Sandra Bullock.
The photog in question was also in the courtroom yesterday, facing stalking charges filed by Jesse. Jesse says that the guy was following him around way too much. The charges against him were also dropped, same reason.
Probably enough sleaze in the El Lay slammer as it is. Better to let Jesse suffer out in the real world, where the media will be relentless once the divorce starts.

Uggg, just looking at him disgusts me! They replayed an interview that Howard Stern did with him a couple months back on the show the other day and I never realized how MORONIC he is. He sounds like an 18 year old boy speaking. I kinda lost a little respect for Sandra honestly…sounds like he's been the same guy he's always been…she just made a bad choice!
Whoever did thrash that car isn't coming to terms with things properly, and will remain a bum if they don't realize that they should step up & pay for the damage.

This guy was a nobody until he married Sandra Bullock. And the only reason he is famous now, is because he was married to her for a few years. And now she's divorcing his ass because he was running around on her behind her back. Why esle would this nobody suddenly become "famous?"
