SJPeePee Gets Real, Talks About Drama With Sex Gals!

Sarah Jessica Parker opened up about the cast of Sex and the City 2 and how sometimes tempers flared on set! She says:
"When you're on set, you're working 90-hour weeks, you're never home, you're exhausted. There are times when all of us have been sensitive and sometimes feelings get hurt. But I don't have any regrets about how I've treated people."
Cynthia Nixon added, "It hasn't always been smooth sailing. But the idea that we're somehow adversarial is ludicrous."
Kim Cattrall shares their sentiments, but says the girls have always made it work. She explains:
"Nineteen-hour workdays are stressful, whether you're driving a truck, working in a coal mine or on a set and trying to be your brightest at 4 o' clock in the morning. But there's a camaraderie that happened through all of that…The chemistry among the four of us is very strong."

Kim's comments are so stupid it's not funny. People who work long hours don't all have catered food and slaves running around after them…when you're getting paid a ridiculous amount of money, it's not that hard to wake up at 4am. Hell, I'll wake up at 4am for the rest of my life if it meant having her bank account.

Re: flora_tink – …actors spend 75% of their time chillin while the rest of the production team works their ass off. These women get amazingly equipt trailers as well as assistants. They can have anything they want on a moments notice. They can (if they want) bitch and moan and be rude and difficult with members of the production team and there is NOTHING anyone can do about it. Most actors have a decent relationship with higher ups (directors, producers and even cinematographers) but you can be sure that those lower on the totem pole (grips, gaffers, PA's, ADs, line producers even hair, costume and make up people often times get treated like shit by the talent while also having to work twice as hard as the talent. Also, just because a shoot takes 20 hours absolutely does not mean that the actors are there the whole time. Let me put it this way. Just as an example, it costs $1,000 for every hour S.J.P spends on set, do you think they are going to call her to set while they are setting up, lighting, scripting, ect? No. She gets to sit in a fancy hotel until she gets called to put on her make up and costume and step in front of the camera. I think its hilarious that actors are always bitching about the hours, but you NEVER hear filmmakers bitching about the hours even tho the work much harder….

It's true that working with people on a project for long hours is tense, people always end up having little tiffs about things just because they're frustrated. The girls obvs have great working relationships, otherwise they couldn't have made 6 seasons and 2 movies together.

It is bad enough when celebutards complain about their "rough" work schedules, (sitting around a luxurious trailer, being pampered and dolled up for your next scene… all which requires reciting words someone else wrote!) But to have the audacity to compare her cush job, which she is paid millions for, to a truck driver who spends weeks away from his/her family for a pittance of what this dumb bitch makes.. or worse, to compare her job to coal miners, especially after the horrific recent tragedy and loss of life is preposterous. She needs a real dose of reality… perhaps a pic of herself NOT PHOTOSHOPPED ! lol…

A COMPLETE load of bullshit. 90 hour weeks… yeah, but what she doesn't say is that 70 of those hours are either spent in their trailors waiting for their scene to come up or in the make-up chair etc… It's like saying you worked a 48 hour shift if you slept for 36 hours of it.
