Jersey Shore's Sweetheart Getting Sued!
It seems like Jersey Shore's Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola has been out of control in Miami!
24-year-old Kristen DeMinco is suing the reality star claiming that she was "assaulted and punched twice in the face" by her at Club Dream in South Beach.
DeMinco's attorney states:
"She was battered. She was beat up. We're going to file charges today and we plan to file a civil suit as well.
This wasn't even the first fight that night for these people. They're running around Miami Beach beating up people for ratings. That's what's going on. We're holding the news conference to bring to light what's been going on around here."

kristen went to my highschool too, shes a fuckin slut and prob desurved it. funny thing is, i saw her fb status after she got punched too.. we all already knew she'd sue sammie. and of course the next night her status read she had to get 8 staples in her head from falling down, shes a hot mess.
