Kate Jackson Sues Business Manager For Leaving Her In "Financial Ruin"

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooSuper SeniorsLegal MattersBusiness Blitz

Poor thing!

Charlie's Angels star Kate Jackson has filed a $3 million lawsuit against her former business manager, Richard B. Francis, and claims that he misinformed her about how much money she made, cajoled her into buying a home she couldn't afford, and drained her savings accounts!

According to the lawsuit, because of Francis' mismanagement, the actress has "suffered financial ruin at the hands of the very person she entrusted with her finances."

Francis claims, however, that he has done nothing wrong. He says:

"This case will end at the deposition stage. It will never go to court."

i'd never let anyone else touch my money anyway……don't care how much of it i make……it's simple addition and subtraction…….

She needs to sue whomever did her face. Her eyes are at 45 degree angles. She was great in 'Making Love', but, honey, with that classic look, you can still work.

I HIGHLY doubt that a business manager forced her to buy a home that he wouldn't live in or be able to profit from selling. Most likely she spent like a fool despite her business manager's advice…and now she wants to pin her bad choices on him.

There's the problem, right there. Handling and watching your own money isn't rocket science, even at that level. If anyone leaves a hole where someone else can gain access to their money, there's always someone else who will go through that hole, and ACCESS it.

I hate when stars blame their money troubles on someone else. It's not like she is working so much she doesn't have time to handle her own fucking money. Why the hell didn't she know how much she made and what was going in and out her account(s)? How did she not know she couldn't afford the house she purchased? Why do her eyes look like poo poo?

how come she is a 'poor thing' and nicholas cage is an 'asshole'. they both did the same thing, nc just had more money. Never trust anyone else WITH YOUR MONEY. Always check up on it.

Further, if this is all such a big surprise, then she also might not know it if SHE spent it all. The handler will have to account on paper, lawsuit or not.

Just like the nick cage situation how can you not know when MILLIONS of $$$ are missing. I would think that an adult would keep on track of things and not trust a stranger with all of their money. Come on, how stupid can these people be. I guess I just answered that they obviously are pretty stupid and therefore deserve to be scamed. I think that is what it amounts to the financial advisors and?or accountants helped themselves to whatever they thought they could get away with cuz no one was watching them.
