Nancy Kerrigan's Brother's Bail Terms Changed

So tragic.

Nancy Kerrigan's brother, Mark, was charged with manslaughter in the death of their father, Daniel. The family posted his $25,000 bail and he has since been living at home with his mother while he is monitored with a GPS device.

However, Judge Jane Haggerty reportedly changed the terms of his restrictions to accomodate him while he undergoes knee surgery! Mark will now be able to go to the edge of mother's property on Mondays to take out the trash, and help his mother with the yard work. He will also not have to wear the GPS during the surgery.

We know Mark is not well, so we hope he can handle the added leniency.

Such a difficult situation.

Thoughts??

I don't think he killed his Dad on purpose “ I think he scared the shit out of the dad and he had a heart attack.

I really do respect the law and officers who keep us safe, but this particular cop really does justice to the slang "pig". Just look at him. It's Poooorky Piiiig.

Re: You Know Like Totally – hehe. I'm sure he does his job well, but I did think of cheif Wiggum from the Simpsons when I saw this picture.

He shouldn't be living w/ his legally blind mother after he attacked and ending killing his father. The judge in his last hearing expressed concern on the matter. He is a violent and not well person. I live in Mass and not far from Stoneham. If he were my brother and he did that to my dad I would never trust him. Tough Love Baby ever heard of it.

I don't think that it is a good idea to have this mentally challenged man living with his disabled mother. I had a similar situation with a relative and it wasn't a good thing in the end. He may not of intended to kill his dad but he did and that is the bottom line. This judge made a mistake and he should be in a hospital for his condition until his trial, not around his mother and family. I hope that no one else gets hurt or killed.

Why do we waste sooo much tax payers money? Do I think he intended to kill his father…. no not in the least bite! This man will never be the same. He will have to live with what he did.
