Spotted: Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber dining out at Ari-Ya Sushi in West Hollywood on Monday night.

The Biebs joked Miley was "having fun" with him, but she revealed that they got together to discuss "a side project."

Wowsa! Can't wait to hear what these two have in store for us!

I never really noticed it before, but it is kinda creepy how obsessed you are with these two TEENAGERS. Liking their music is one thing, reporting on them is another, but talking about Miley's sex life and drooling over Biebs is just waaayyy too creepy for me. How old are you again? 30? Yeah.

Thanks for the reminder to take up a stock in ear plugs! How can anyone possibly be so excited to hear these two people sing together? Sounds like terrible x2.

I may be more enthusiastic if two people with true talent were doing a collaboration… you know like true artists who actually write their own songs or produce them. Not some manufactured kiddie $h!t. Boo.
