These Guys REALLY Want To See Lindsay Get Sober!

Even people who are suing Lindsay Lohan would rather see her get her off drugs and alcohol than take her money.
The men who are suing Lindsanity for allegedly hijacking their car in 2007 have offered a settlement deal, which would put $3 million in a trust account for them - BUT they agreed to not touch it if she stayed sober for 42 months. If she stays sober during that time, they would agree to give most of their money to charity.
WTF??
That's fantastic that they want to give their money to charity, but are they really willing to give up that kind of money just so that Lindsay gets her act together??

Don't be silly. They are quite sure they won't be losing any money on this one. However, it makes them look good to say they tried, right? Doubt any charity is getting their hopes up. It's a lovely thought but she'll wreck it for them.
They're geniuses! They know good and damn well that she can't stay sober for 42 months, but it goes a long way to improve their a-hole public images. I wanna know who their lawyer is, that's the best move I've heard of lately.

That's a lot of money. But do you think Lindsay would stop drinking even though the money is ear-marked for charity? She already had to fork over the money. She's not getting it back. Do you think she cares where it goes more than having her next drink?

Actually, it's more of a plot. Everyone knows she doesn't have the capacity to stay sober for that long of a time, therefore, they keep the money when she fails. Those people are pretending that they are really looking for what's in her best interest, but they really just know she can't stay sober so they will get to keep the money.
THROW THAT BITCH IN JAIL!!! and not for 5 hours for a couple of months at least these celebs need to be treated like humans NOT like royalty when they fuck up!!

this is bad to put Lindsay in this predicament because as everyone else stated there is no way she could do it! so if she says no the media is going to rip her apart with how much of a bad person she is and that all that money could have went to charity and if she does give it a shot but fails it's the same situation! its a lose/lose situation unless against all odds she actually does it! a whole 42 months
For some people money isn't their God, and would rather see someone get better then watch them go on a destructive path. It's a sad thing most don't realize that. I say good job gentlemen for putting up that offer.
Re: *sophie* – why in the world would you suggest these guys are a-holes? she committed carjacking, kidnapping and dangerous driving among many other offences. her comment to them at the time was 'i'm a celebrity i can do what i want'. really, think about it. just because they might get some milage out of being kidnapped by this self called celebrity doesn't excuse the wilful breaking of the law by this person.
When I read this, I thought maybe they lost one of their friends to drunk driving and that's why they're doing this. Anyway, I hope she does it. Its aging her and making her look bloated.

Why would she want to stay sober. She STILL would have to pay $3 million, it would just mean instead of going to them, it'd go to Linds. It's not saving HER any money to stay sober and I'm sure she could care less whether they or a charity take the money. It just means it's not her!
Lindsay is another victim of bad parenting, another victim of coming from a home with no moral fiber or value. But I believe every soul is worth saving, so I will continue praying for her.

Re: bumpper – Actually, I suggested that they have an a-hole PUBLIC IMAGE, which they do, mainly because they were there as Lindsay's guests and the carjacking occured after an argument that orginated inside the house and worked it's way outside. That argument involved members of their party. Also, many people have said that they are milking LL for money, and that they had ample opportunity to exit the vehicle. We may never know what really happened, but those guys have taken a lot of heat from the media because they're not innocent bystanders, but part of LL's party crew. Nowhere in my post did I suggest that I felt that it was ok to carjack them and joyride them all over LA. I do suggest that you please stop putting words in my mouth.
