That sounds so scary!

Bret Michaels recounted to Oprah the moment his brain hemorrhage occurred and he knew something "was severely wrong."

"It just exploded instantly — ran from my temple down to the back of my skull," he explained.

Yikes! But Bret did say that despite being scared, he was still wearing his bandanna in the hospital bed.

"I said, 'If I'm going out, I want to go out rockin'!"

Bret will be going back on tour starting in Biloxi, Mississippi on May 28 and he's hoping to appear on the May 23 finale of Celebrity Apprentice as he's still a contender.

What a truly amazing recovery he has made!

Stay well, Bret!

I don't think that was the reason why he kept his bandanna, just say that u don't have too much hair, anyway I'm happy you are ok now, can u please make another rock of love season? plase?

Is that even allowed? Considering the bandanna is on his head and they are treating a brain hemorrhage??

Sometimes, bandana wearers are men who've undergone recent hair transplants. Some like the look of it and keep wearing them afterwards. There's a hair transplant doctor with an office around the corner from me, and it's so funny to see all the men walking in and out of there wearing bandana's.

Sharon Stone dealt with an aneurysm as well. Her story was just as scary.

Great thats his doing better but in all seriousness the recovery for a brain hemorraghe is not as long a speople may think

When l was 19 l was jogging around the lake where l lived very early in the morning like 6am , and some drunk arsehole was going home from partying and swerved of the road onto the lake path and hit me , and l bounced of his windscreen to a tree.

I dont remember much besides what the hospital told me that l was in a coma for 72 hours and in and out of conscious for 14 hours after that with a brain hemporraghe , exactly 6 days after fully waking up l was home and besides uncontrollable shaking on the the right side of my body and severe headaches l was back to jogging less then a week after that ,,yes its serious but you make a quick recovery stay of the booze for a few months

    wow you're late.

maybe he's self conscious a bout it. i don't get why men esp are so hostile about it when they all have the same issue and are extremely sensitive about it.
