      I'm think it could be Meredith who is the other one to get shot, because in the beginning it says, "I love it here, correction loved it here". Past tense could mean she got shot.

      I think Teddy is going to be the second one that gets shot and dies. Either way, one of the triangle - Teddy, Owen, or Christina - will get shot. It just makes sense for the story arch. Something has to propel them OUT of the triangle.
