Very diva, but not very nice!
Aretha Franklin has cancelled another concert, without any reason or apology.
The Respect singer was supposed to perform at the John Labatt Centre in London, Ontario next week, but now the venue has to refund all the tickets.
This is the second time Aretha has pulled this stunt in the last two months, having cancelled last month at another gig in Louisiana.
What gives, bb???

What gives is that she's almost 70 years old, morbidly obese, and attempting to keep up a busy singing tour schedule. I'm pretty sure it's a good guess any cancellation by her is due to one or more of these factors. And kinda like buying a James Brown concert ticket before his death, anyone going to her concert should expect last minute cancellations. …….duh.

That's sad she should say something or at least her people for her. but then again we don't really know for a fact why she keeps cancelling her concerts hope she's doing well.

What makes (made) PerezHilton.com special was the sometimes snarky but always enthusiastic and clever personality of the creator. That is missing now, and this site is not the same.

Seriously, I love this site; I have it bookmarked in my Google Toolbar and visit many times a day, and have for years. I've also been a fairly regular commentator for a long time, and if you look back at my older comments, you'll see that I always have stood up for Perez, as I believe he is very good hearted, and this site has always been fun… and I hate to see that changing.

Perez, this site made you famous; I will assume it's your bread and butter, and no matter what other projects you have going, I believe you are making a mistake with neglecting this blog.

Come on people you can't go through life being that obese and not feel good. It's probably a major achievement for her just to get out of bed and put in two hours of work. It's a shame that she has been slowly killing herself the last 30 years. Amazing shes still alive!!!

Her fans should be happy not pay to see this douchery. I use to have much love for Aretha, until I seen her in concert, in Pgh. She was awful, she talked thru her songs, made no effort to entertain. She stopped in the middle of songs to bitch about turing the air conditioner up! Once she even threatened to walk out. I wish she would've so that I could've recouped my $110 per ticket. Retire fat ass bitch!
