Coming To Broadway

Priscilla, Queen of the Desert
will be coming to Broadway next spring starring Tony Sheldon and Will Swenson.

The show will play 12 weeks in Toronto before migrating over to the Great White Way.

Priscilla tells the story of three drag performers in the Australian Outback and Sheldon starred in both the original Aussie version and the West End production.

Sounds good to us!

it's going to be FABULOUS! I LOVE WILL SWENSON - he was brilliant on B'way in the revival of HAIR and I can't wait to see him in drag!

    I loved the movie.
Disco music and sequins…my kind of thing.
Gay clubs always had the best sound systems to dance the night away in!
A great place for a girl to dance outrageously without fear of being too suggestive and slutty.
Village Station in Dallas is fun with lots of stripper poles…I think I'm finally to old to do that kind of thing in public, dammit to hell.

The buzz for this show is HUGE in Toronto. I suspect the same thing will happen with the original North American Premier of Mama Mia.. they will have to send the cast to Broadway and hire all new actors to stay in Toronto. Toronto theatre is HOT HOT HOT right now!
