Moments before his show in Paris on Tuesday, Michael Buble had to cancel.
He came onstage at the Bercy arena and announced the news - his drummer was in the hospital! Michael and his drummer and very close. The musician was admitted to the hospital because of suffering heart problems this afternoon.
Oh no! Get well soon.

Um, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the very definition of a "professional" one who does the show no matter what is happening off stage? There's always a plan B for live performances, but canceling is usually the very last option.

You would think he would have a reliable stand-in, and you can bet he's in the process of getting one lined up for future gigs. Sad and too bad about the drummer; it appears it happened suddenly.
