So basically she hardly eats?
Christina Milian maintained a strict diet of water, raw vegetables and salads to lose the baby weight after giving birth to daughter Violet Madison back in February.
"A lot of liquids, a lot of water, a lot of raw vegetables and salads. I stuck to that and it all came off," she reveals.
Milian says she's also breastfeeding which she believes helped her lose the weight. She says:
"I always pump everywhere. It's a little embarrassing to say but it's part of the whole thing. Violet is just always so happy the second she wakes up. She has a smile on her face. She's the best baby ever."
Congrats on the baby — but maybe you should eat something so you actually have the energy to take care of her!
